WARDOGS entered closed beta on August 22, 2026 for pre-order holders, then launched into full PC Early Access on September 10 — a fast turnaround that let Bulkhead take balance feedback from the beta straight into the Season 1 launch changelog.

The game hit 100,000 Steam wishlists within 3 days of its announcement and crossed 1,000,000 wishlists before launch. Post-launch, user reviews flipped to "Very Positive" (85% of 30,000+ reviews) as concurrent players topped 365,000.
What's in the box
Base Early Access edition is €39.99; a €49.99 Supporter Edition adds a cosmetic Supporter Pack. Three factions (Lonestar, Valkyra, Manticore) fight over the fictional Kolchia region across up to 100-player, 3-team King-of-the-Hill matches. Console versions (PS5, Xbox Series X/S) are planned for 2028.
